Extensive experience dealing with environmental solutions involving greenhouse gas credits, carbon sinking, anaerobic digestion, biofuels production, and many other related topics.

Fraser Mackay, Executive Vice President, Mr. Mackay has 20 years of executive experience in finance, marketing and supply chain management within the transportation, forestry and biofuels sectors. He also has considerable operations and business development experience. 

Nigel Kirkwood, CFO, Mr. Kirkwood joins Nexum from the European operations of a leading US investment bank where he was a Director providing corporate finance and merger & acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to large corporate and private equity clients. Nigel has 20 years of international experience in accounting and corporate finance. He is a certified Chartered Accountant with an M.A. in Economics from Queen's University (Kingston, Ontario). 

Alan Hallman, Director, Mr. Hallman has worked for over 18 years within the Alberta, Yukon, and Federal Governments at the political level. He has designed and executed government relations strategies for clients in almost every sector of the economy.

Dr. Uwe Sollfrank, Director, Dr. Sollfrank is chairman and chief executive officer of Holinger AG, one of the leading consultant and engineering companies in Switzerland specializing in environmental services and technologies.

Daniel Ehrat, Director, Mr. Ehrat is a senior executive with over 24 years experience in marketing, public relations, product development, and supply chain management. Mr. Ehrat has developed and executed green house gas strategies for numerous clients in a diverse range of industries.
